Took my two elderly dogs for grooming. The employees were very careful with how many customers were inside for drop off/pick up at the same time. Everyone wore a mask. Very helpful and friendly

Kelly is the most knowledgeable, caring, and loving individual towards all the animals and customers here. I come here for all my animal needs because I know she won’t let me or anyone else down. No one loves or respects animals the way she does and I’ve never seen someone work so hard and go so above and beyond, simply just because they love what they do. I only go to this petco now for this particular worker. To be honest, I think that place would fall apart without her. Thank you, Kelly, for all you do for my animals and all the animals in your store. You are amazing and I am forever grateful.
Love this petco. Everyone is helpful and caring. They take amazing care of their animals. Managers are all very kind and helpful. Cashiers are wonderful and helpful too. When I get my feeder mice for my snakes they even care about the mice wellbeing and gently put them in the box even though they know I'll be feeding them to my snakes.
