I stopped here on a whim for food to feed the feral colony I was volunteering feeding. The employees here truly love animals and REALLY appreciate their customers. I’ve never felt anything other than welcome when I shop here. Small store but big on value!! Shop here!!
My first visit here and hands down the best service I’ve ever had! Brad was so knowledgeable about all of the products and went above and beyond to help us get ready for our second dog. I will never shop anywhere else for my pets needs - this is must go for any pet owners! Thank you thank you thank you!
Really cute stuff, a bit expensive, but the employees hover like crazy. If I wanted to shop with a friend, I would have brought one. Having someone follow you around the store only a few feet away from you commenting on everything you look at is an infuriating experience and just makes me want to leave your store immediately and not buy anything.

I live in Manor and am glad to drive to Natural Paws in Cedar Park because the customer service is wonderful! They always seem glad to see me and so happy to help with my shopping. Very personable. Well worth the drive! With Sprouts on one side of them and a coffee shop on the other side of them...It’s a Win Win!
