My ribs were oh so good! It was Sunday and decided to do it big . Curbside service can use some improvements. It can be great one day and the next time, you wait so long, you end up going inside for pickup. I'm a patient person, but why the long wait if it's not busy.
Pretty good experience. Little trouble with understanding my server. Also was supposed to have some kind of deal with my new rewards sign up but only got regular 3 for $10 deal. The table kiosk said I got more choices than the menu. Felt like I lost a deal redemption but everything else was excellent.
It was the only place that was open during this winter storm. Great service! They also were taking to go orders. They closed at 5pm but allowed everyone who was inside to finish eating. We left 15 min. Ago and there were still people inside eating. We were very pleased and appreciative.
We always like going to our local Chili's. It was lunchtime during the pandemic so not very busy. But they were training a couple of new people for when the restaurant opens for full capacity in a few days. They were friendly and ready to help. They should fit in nicely with the existing friendly staff.
