Worst bank ever. They never answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for a hour and still no answer. Honestly the worst people to bank with!

Wish i could give them 0 stars. I've been waiting almost 2 months trying to get them to send me my new card. On top of thats Benwhite employees lied to me for a whole month telling me my card was sent. Had to call another location just to find out nothing was ever done or sent to me by anyone. Just flat out lied to my face. These people are about to leave me homeless in a city 100s of miles away from home. So disappointed, worst customer service.
Take 55 minuts to make a simple deposit ,bad services
Generally helpful and polite employees. They even make their bank cards (with the chip) in the store, right then and there.
