Bankers are always empathetic and hard-working. I love every member of the staff at this location. I've banked here for years and have never had a bad experience. It is true that sometimes there is a wait, but it usually isn't too long. Honestly, if they say it's going to be a long wait, I usually just come back at another time and get helped right away. A few years ago I used to work for Chase, and this was always my favorite branch because the employees really cares about their customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The absolute laziest teller I have ever had. Worst customer service. This experimented was at 11:41 am on 1/23/20. A teller like that has no business being in the banking industry.

I just spoke with Gerardo, he was so kind and helpful. My daughter was targeted in a Chase bank scam- the caller told her that her account had been compromised at a gas station and she unfortunately gave out some account info while the fake Chase representative tried “fix” the issue. When she started to realize she was being scammed they hung up on her and tried to gain access to her account. She had been on hold for more than 30 minutes with the real Chase bank and was so nervous that her account had been drained. I called our local Chase and Gerardo took the time to be sure that there was a lock on her account and that the charges the fraudster had attempted were on hold. Thank you Gerardo! We appreciate you! So sad that we need to be careful of all these scams during the pandemic.
