I'm not really sure why anyone would choose to bank here. The drive thru is notoriously slow and the personalities of the people working here seem cold - at best.nI come for business because my boss seems to think she can only bank here and it's up to me to deal with deposits every month.nThey always seem put out and I end up waiting in my car for about 45 minutes.

At this writing (July 2020) in the era of COVID, you have to go online and make an appointment. But my experience - if you follow instructions, they are on time, will greet you at the door, and the service was great. We had some complex banking to do, and the staff was very helpful, offered solutions without being too pushy.
