This bank is CLOSED more than open! Your lucky if you go there and its open they just CLOSE whenever....they should close this facility DOWN!
It's very difficult to do business with Bank of America. None of their services are available when needed and most locations are closed.
Online Drive-thru shows open. I just drove all the way here and it’s closed. I haven’t been able to make an office deposit for 3 weeks because Drive-thru closes at 4. To leave work in the middle of a rush to find your online info is false is aggravating.
Terrible customer service. Cashed checks here before. They wouldn't cash it because supposedly my boss, and owner of the account and company, signature looks different with every check he writes. Then when he calls they won't answer the phone. This branch specifically is terrible and I hope the employees are treated better than they way they treat their customers. BTW the terrible reviews from the last 2 years shows you how useless this branch is.
I have tried for several weeks to close a safety deposit box in a Branch they have closed due to COVID-19. Texas is nearing stage 3 with most businesses reopened. BOA says I can’t close out my Safety Deposit Box but they still send me past due notices for payment!!ud83dude2bud83dude21 Horrible Bank!
