Very rude and dissatisfying; I bank with the 5 years; after 5 years of banking with them; they became an nightmare bank so where to start from here. First; out of 5 years of banking with them; They NEVER did overdrafting fees, I'm assuming they started charges overdraft fees in 2021, my account was outrageous overdraft due to them, and they will not take responsibility for they action and failures that they cost my account to become negative.nSecondly; for your own sake nothing is never they fault, if your bank card get stolen or go missing please forget it they will treat you like the suspect instead of the customer.nThird; I decided to make them my secondary bank instead of my primary, once I decided to send my income to another bank and send 10% of my income to there bank as an secondary account for so odd reason they close my account without permission. I log in to my account one evening and it no longer EXIST. Please save yourself the lack of customer service, and disrespect. I am persuading a lawyer as we speak due to STOLEN MONEY. Therefore whoever they have in charge since I'm assuming they maybe under new management is ready for the outcome. Conclusion. I think and believe they just hire anyone and everyone. The customer service is so unprofessional and inconsiderate you'll never thought it was a bank. Have grown very unfavorable

The woman I spoke to at the FNB of Gilmer inside the walmart today was rude!! I was under the impression that FNB Texas was the same as the one here but she made it clear it was not. That woman was snappy! ud83dudc69ud83cudfff Jeeeez
