Horrible, slow paced service. Currently insisting on everyone going through the drive thru but you'd think they'd use more tellers in the drive thru, think again...
These are the greatest people I have ever had the privilege of banking. Inside, Samantha is fantastic and I hope they will allow her to stay at this location and just move her up there. The folks at the window are personal and professional...especially Mark and Jennifer. Great staff!!!!
1 Teller is workingnAnd manager is at the back with her but she doesn't work. And 1 lady at the front of the house also she doesn't help.nSo 3 ladies at the bank and 1 of them actually working and the other 2 are JUST being or acting as MANAGERnand there are over 7 vehicles at the drive through.
Not worth it for a business....waited in the commercial line for over 30 minutes. If you ask me it is a safety hazard to go here, but hey its where my business has a deposit. So there really is no choice even if I am stuck in line waiting even though the rush is about to hit
Tried the Matlock location, and waited 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front, finally decided to leave. Came here 2 cars in front and wait time under 2 minutes! And was even greeted quickly and politely
