This place is great got four neon tetras, two shrimp and a snail. They all were very lively and swimming around in the tanks they have to show you the fish. Its been almost a week since i got all my water pets and with all proper transportation and care they have all recover from there near death experience with the net. And i thought one of my fish was gonna die because it lost color but has regained all of it back. People were very nice and when asked questions if they didn't know they asked other people to make sure information was correct.
Check Expiration Date on Bags!nSince this place opened I have bought our dog food here vs the other store in town because of the better prices.nHowever, I went in today 1-18-21 and bought the normal bag of dog food (Natural Balance) and noticed that it was very discounted. I got to the counter and asked why it was so discounted and she said that they would no longer carry that specific kind. I also asked her if maybe it was because it was close to expiration date. We got to looking at expiration and sure enough it was expired. Almost a year old!! The bag's best by date was 3/22/2020. I was pretty upset and they couldn't give me a good reason why they had food on the shelves that old. PLEASE check the date on the bags! I wonder how many bags I bought that I didn't check before that might have been expired and fed to my fur baby. :/ They have lost my business.
We shop here weekly because they always have crickets available unlike the larger chain down the street. The prices are fair for a pet supply store. The staff is excellent, so friendly and helpful. They have a cool little cookie bar for the dogs that our girls love. They also have a loyalty program which I am always a fan of.
Nice people. Helpful. Even helped me with mother when she started feeling ill. Good crickets and worms so my lizard says lol
So glad you came to Weatherford! Convenient location. Excellent food choices. Great pet toys. And if you need to wash your pet you can do it here! What else could you ask for? This be the place.
