Dr. Jacobs has been my grandsons doctor since birth-they are teenagers now. We have always had excellent service from her staff. Dr. Jacobs has always taken the time to discuss any medical issues and she made sure we had all our questions answered. We are not just a number. She has taken the time to know us. I could not have asked for a better doctor to care for my grandsons. We are blessed to have her as their doctor. Five stars for Livingston Pediatric! They are great!

My children have been going to this clinic and the one in Cleveland their entire lives.. i was informed that because I didn't want my children to have flu shots, they would no longer see them. Even when you have an appointment it takes hours to be seen.. staff is rude except for a few nurses.

I've been taking my daughter to this clinic for years. She usually sees doctor Jacobs. Great doctor. She always takes the time to explain everything. And to the lady below about the flu shot. My daughters has gone to this dr office for years and I never allow her to get a flu shot., and never have any problems.

If I could give this place a negative I would. My daughter brought my grand daughter to this clinic and was told she had a respiratory infection, they gave her antibiotics and sent her home. Her fever was 103+ and would not go down so NOT EVEN 24 hours later she took her back and was told she had to ear infection ( not sure how that didn't catch that on the first visit). They told my daughter who is a young mother that she had to have a antibiotic shot ( as a experienced mother I know the shots are bigger and thick so they hurt and take longer) but they did not explain that to my daughter, so they where trying to calm her down and told her it was like a shot she would normally get for school my daughter told her it would be fast. But what really gets me is that after the horrible shot my grand daughter got the DOCTOR comes back in the room and tells my 4 year old grand daughter ( Yes I said 4) that it was her mothers and her friends fault that they didn't tell her it would hurt...What kind of unprofessional small minded person tells a 4 year old that...Children and parents deserve love and understanding & patience from a doctor that truly cares for them and there parents not from one just there for a paycheck....

Been going here 2 months with my 3 month old. My husband and I had to take him to get checked out for hard chest congestion and a terrible cough accompanied with a low fever. I called all day Monday since 8 am and couldn't get through to anyone until 2 pm! Completely unacceptable!!!! When my child is running fever I should be able to at least leave a voicemail but their phone system doesn't have that. They NEVER answer their phone. I have called in the past and it takes literally all day to get a hold of someone. Switching pediatricians immediately.
