So far I really like this bank. I just wish they had more options online like getting a new debit card mailed to you if you lost or damaged your card.
Takes them 3-4 months to do a house loan. So don't be in a hurry.
This bank helps it's clients. For example, October 28 & 29 2010 Lucy helped me by phone by giving me information on how to release my checking account from a suspected fraud case. Thank you!
My father had fraudulent charges at this bank ($1000). When he reported them, they told him there was nothing they could do. He is retired and on a limited income, so this was a huge blow to his finances. I do not recommend this bank as they have been extremely unhelpful in resolving this issue.
