Can I give this place zero stars! Because that’s what they deserve. Was “helped” by this lady I think Misty was her name. She was just so unprofessional rolling her eyes making sounds as if she was annoying by having to do her JOB. She really needs to get some customer service training. You can’t work at a customer service job and have an attitude for NO reason at all. She should not be working there.
Dave W is wonderful. he took the time to help me download the banking app to my phone. I always see him going above and beyond, and actually being eager to do so. He's the only reason I am giving 5 stars.
My review is strictly on the manager David. Has nothing to do with first convenience Bank. David is a customer service superstar! I always enjoy just waiting in line and watching him interact with people. I’ve been banking with this particular bank for almost 10 years and he is the best that they’ve ever had!
