This footlocker has extremely bad customer service. I had gone on Sunday to buy some converse. However, I was not attended to whatsoever I had to go up to the register to ask for a size (and no it was not busy that day). Also I asked for a female 7 and they gave me a male 7 I did fail to realize there at the store it wasn’t until I went home is where I saw the wrong size. When I returned to exchange the size I again wasn’t attended to and I had to go up to the counter to get sizing. In all I was unable to get the correct size because they had ran out and they did not even offer to order me the correct size.
I love these Mickey shoes i want them but the like $140
Great service, used to work here back in the day and can tell they've kept up their reputation. Everytime I visit the valley I love coming back to their store to buy a new pair of sneakers. Keep up the great work guys.
Excellent service and great prices for brand shoes.
Staff not very knowledgeable. Worst customer service and return policy. Will never shop there again.
