I live chili's, was a bit disappointed with the queso and chips, but it was good over all
The food was fine, your typical Chili's cuisine. I tried the dry-rub ribs for the first time and they were much better than the slathered in sauce variety. Portions have reduced some, but I suppose that's simple economics. The service we recieved from Alex our server, was very good. A nice dinner experience, all told.
Never really had a problem with this Chili's. I come here average once a month. Foods great, staff is friendly curbside is awesome. Superb thus far.
My husband & I just returned from having a meal here. We were concerned when our table had to be cleaned by our waitress before we had our drinks. The floors were covered with debris. When my husband returned from the restroom he said it was just as dirty as the floors & the tables. Since we are still fighting this COVID I am really concerned about the cleanliness of this restaurant. The management has obviously not provided for enough staff to allow them time to complete these basic jobs. As a result we won’t be returning.
Booth had crumbs and stickiness on our table, it was obvious they just pushed crumbs off table without actually sanitizing it. Server was actually very nice, fast food, not cooked the way we asked for but ate it anyway since we were hungry. They do not practice 6ft distance here.
