Took in a pair of leather boots that were drenched in mud and water, I thought they were ruined. The Houston Shoe Hospital not only repaired them, they made the boots look even better then when I bought them brand new!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price of repair is extremely affordable and worth every cent. I highly recommend this business.
I’m conflicted about my review because on the one hand, my shoes look AMAZING. I brought in my favorite white sneakers that were looking dirty and they seriously made them look brand new. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is because I paid at drop off and they made me pay again at checkout despite my saying I had already paid, so a $35 cleaning became a $70 cleaning (which seems a little steep). Other than that, the workmanship is great!
I've been bringing shoes here for the past 10 years, and I think they have exceeded my (high) expectations (which have been set by them) every time. I would never take my shoes anywhere else. They do incredible work in an impressive amount of time. Always quick, always done amazingly well.
A representative named Wendell was very abrupt and rude when assisting me. I have been a customer of this company for a few years. Customer service has always been great until this day. The treatment of your customers should be important to your company!
OMG! Miracle workers! My tan colored Marc Jacobs bag got a huge scratch across the front and not only did they make it completely disappear but the entire bag came back looking BRAND NEW! Highly recommend ud83dudc4d
