I was transferring to this location since it’s close to my office. They were supposed to call me to setup and ultrasound but no call ever came. I called there to find out what the problem was and apparently they never had any intention of calling. I immediately got the run around from the woman at the front desk asking “who said they would call you?”. Apparently this location doesn’t make calls to schedule appointments, even when they tell you they will give you a call back. She pulled up the orders from my doctor and proceeded to tell me that I had to have tests done that my doctor did not request in order to have the test done that my doctor did request. This sounded very suspicious and I informed her that the test they want to do is not possible at this time and that is why my doctor put the request in the way she did. She proceeded to tell me that the techs there in fact knew what was best for me despite my doctors orders. She went as far as to say that yes, they in fact knew better than my doctor what was best for me. Unbelievable! I told her that since they could not follow my doctors orders I would not be going there and I hung up. I transferred back to the location nearest my house where I had no problems scheduling the proper test and no additional tests.

Going on 4 weeks and zero follow-up after my mammogram. Tried calling and no one could help me and was transferred to voicemail.

Great experience with both the US and radiology techs and the radiologist. (FYI- you are being cared for by technicians, not nurses, techs are the norm for this type of setting).

I’ve had several false positives showing breast mass at this clinic followed by ultrasounds by the physician all due to technician error. My gynecologist said they were ripping me and my insurance company off. Went to Woman’s hospital and have had negative results ever since
