The original great Houston pub. I remember when the G-Man was the only place in Houston that served decent foreign beer. Then came the craft beer revelation, brew pubs, 100 tap pubs, etc. You can be tempted to the G-Man is just another beer pub. It isn't. G-Man is the first...the granddaddy of the entire Houston beer scene. The beer in America keeps getting better and better. And we owe it to places like The Ginger Man that taught us that Michelob was not in fact...premium

Great local bar, trivia night is super fun on Mondays. Above average bar food menu. Great ambiance and huge outdoor seating area. Beware, bathrooms are tiny tho

Since moving from Houston we have missed this place so much. Huge, well curated beer selection. Beautiful back patio and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend great place to meet up with friends

A cozy warm place to drink a crisp cold beer. Clientele are relaxed and easy going. A great spot to catch up with friends or go on a date! Lots of patio seating in the front and the back!
