Great spread! Got the strawberry and regular margs which were amazingnThe fajitas are also a great choice for sharing with all the fixings and sizzling meat! And the tortilla chips were DELICIOUS. I don't know what they put in that and the salsa, but I scarfed those down. The soft tacos are essentially enchiladas, and I didn't think the taste was that great compared to mouthful of flavors you get from the fajitas. Our service was very poor though. Our server kept leaving in the middle of our drink and meal orders which left us confused about which orders were taken and gave us a lot of attitude, but this place is worth a try if you're in rice village

I decided to have my partner's birthday brunch here after reading the reviews. Victor, the manager and his staff made the occasion so wonderful. They assisted with all the special accomodations and checked in with us all throughout the brunch. Food came out quick and was delicious! They were all really friendly and understanding. We definitely be coming back here for brunch again. Overall, great communication amongst the staff!

I want to start this post off by recognizing the positive things that came out of my experience.nI had reservations at a place that didn’t work out well for my birthday dinner. This lead to me deciding at the last minute to have my dinner party meet me at Cyclone’s. When I arrived at Cyclone’s I was greeted immediately by not 1 but 2 employees. There was no hesitation when I told them that I would need a table for 10 and I didn’t have any prior reservations on a Saturday night at 8pm. I was super happy and relieved ! However, our waitress was rude. She even knocked the hat off of one of my guests and apologized vaguely. My boyfriends double shot was supposed to be neat ... it was watered down. My brother ordered a drink that he never received as well as someone else in my party.nI do take in consideration that it was a large party. Wildly, the restaurant was not even busy.nIt disturbs me that as part of her gratuity we paid almost $22, and that’s just for my boyfriend and I ticket. She definitely did not deserve that. We were being watched like animals at the zoo and it almost made us uncomfortable to even eat. I don’t know if it was because of our appearance or if that’s something this location always does. I’m very upset, and I’m currently looking for their corporate information. If anyone knows it, please send. I give them a 2.5 as far as customer service and food.

We finally tried this place a few months ago and I have to say I was very disappointed. I ordered a regular sized margarita and they brought out the super sized(aka.more expensive) version. When I asked them about this they were not very apologetic. My entree tasted mediocre and my wife thought her dish was terrible. Long story short, we won't be returning here ever. If you want some good Tex-mex go to Escalante's. They have several locations all over Houston. Does this location not check on their Google Reviews? Still no response from the management!!!nJust terrible!!
