Wow. 45 minute wait in the drive thru. And it's not the first time. What a joke. What a waste of time. I've had better service from a vending machine.
This is the slowest, least helpful branch of this commercial institution I've ever dealt with. I literally recommend ANY other branch first.
Staff goes above and beyond normal service to resolve thorny mystery issues.
I went in there to withdrawal a large amount of money. I felt discriminated when I went because the manager, Jessica Sanchez refused to give me cash or call another location to get it. She stood and argued with me about getting cashier check which I told her I didn't want numerous times. I told her i lived far and didn't want problems cashing it at my other institution. I informed her the other institution takes several days if not a week to cash. I told her it would be best to get call another location and get cash. She insisted on me taking a cashier check at that time, I started getting annoyed and loud but she still refuse.nnI left with a cashier check that my other institution does not want to cash till tomorrow. I am so upset. I believe this was because of my race that she refused to get me my money.
