My husband and I were greeted immediately by the on duty manager, she was so helpful and respectful of our time and needs. She got us connected with Kayla who answered every question we had and then some! Overall I was very impressed with management and the level of service provided across the board.
Bank has no drive thru and the people are great but also have the worst hours and never open during the weekdays long enough and the weekends are closed. New braunfels location is all the way over on 337 and traffic there is bad during rush hour.
No drive thru banking! You have great employees at this location but you are going to force me to change banks if you will not have drive thru. Too many other banks on Seguin that have not opted out of this service.
Need to get into safety deposit box for very important papers. Trying for 2 weeks. Emailed them, no answer. We all need to change banks. This banks sucks!!!!
Charges overdraft fee for overdrafting in endless cycle. You have one eay to pay overdraft fee or else they overdraft you again and again.
