This bank is truly your friendly neighborhood Bank! I mainly do most of my business through the drive-thru where Employees consistently greet you with a smile & provide friendly service.nBut recently, on separate visits, I have needed to do more business inside the bank-notary, safe deposit box, setting up new account, etc. Each & every time the same friendly greeting & helpful service has been provided.nYou can tell the employees have a great rapport with one another and they truly work as a team!
Love this bank and the service I get. My card has been compromised twice and they stopped it quickly both time then made sure the money that was used was back in my account way sooner than it was supposed to have been.
They got cash.
Recently a very good friend of mine’s husband passed away. Her husband had a truck financed through this branch so when she went in to let them know what had happened and to find out information about the truck, the staff refused to give her any information whatsoever even though they had been married over 30 yrs! They stated they could not give her any information since her name was not on the account. Texas is a community property state so what they did was uncalled for! This is the worst bank ever and there is a reason they are called the FU bank! They try to screw people over every chance they get. The staff is very rude and unhelpful! There is NO way I would ever trust these people with my money!
This is the most unfriendly and unfair bank I will never ever put another penny in to a bank who is so unfair towards a person who has lost a loved one you start out banking with home town people then they bring strangers in who are rude and treat you like garage doesn't even give you a chance to pay off your loved ones truck or even tell you what pay out is they are cold hearted VULTURES
