I love this place. On top of having very high quality pet food, the prices are cheaper than anywhere else I've looked. Today though, I used the self service dog wash and it had an assortment of 4 or 5 different types of shampoo, a multi-setting dryer, towels, and even a waterproof apron for me to wear!! The apron was very useful because I have a large dog and he doesn't like baths. The only negative points were the water temperature was difficult to control and the dryer was pretty chilly. The tube of the dryer felt very warm but the air coming out was cold.

BEWARE!nI used to live right down the street from the store and loved it so much. 6 months ago I moved to Argyle and I would still drive 30 minutes to come to this pet store because I really liked it that much.nThe food I get and the treats I get are exclusively sold here.nWhen they opened their prices on product were really competitive compared to places like pet smart, but over time they have increased to be the same as big brands. I kept coming because the service was great but also over time the people they hire have become less friendly and welcoming.nI also really loved their dog wash. Today I came to use their dog wash and the price had over DOUBLED what it used to be. They didn’t have signs on the doors or anything to notify you of any changes, so you don’t know until after you use it and you have to pay for it. Needless to say I will be changing my dogs diet and finding a new place to shop and I might as well pay an extra five dollars and have someone wash my dog for me.nSad when small businesses go rotten.

Love this place! Always come here for my puppy's treats. Great customer service and selection. I always highly recommend this place to everyone I know as well.

They were so nice! Someone helped me find the food I needed and even carried my dog bed to my car for me. We adopted a dog today and just found our new pet store!

My pooch and I love the store. The staff is always happy to help and very knowledgeable with their products. The prices are fair and the selection of bulk treats are some of the best we can find. The dog wash area is the icing on the cake. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus.
