Our new door with blinds in the window is perfect! Our Bulldog and Boxer had to overcome that the new door opening was higher but we love it. The blinds inside glass is great and the Hale door has magnets on flaps so no air flopping flaps. Thank you!

This company robbed me of $2360 dollars. I sent this company the full payment they required in June. I have not received the door or a refund (7 months later). I have called multiple times and they don't answer their phones. They also don't answer their emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR!! I am pursuing legal action. Please do not risk your money with this company. You will be robbed 100%.

I'm very pleased with the quality. I sent them my dimensions and they built per specifications. They loaded it when I picked it up at their storage site, I hired a handyman to install it for me. If you know how to read a tape measure, you can do it too.

Honestly, my wife was very uncertain about using Doors 4 Pets and People due to some of the reviews. However, I convinced me her that we should give them a try and we are so glad we did. The door looks amazing.nnGetting in contact with them at first was tough. I called several times a week for several weeks and never heard back, but after this period I never had any more issues. I got through or got a call back quickly every other time.nnWe had a weird shaped door. Tall and narrow. So, we had only a few options for our dog door. We went with doors 4 Pets since we wanted an option with more glass than just metal. We chose the 500 model and it looks awesome. It took about 3 weeks to fabricate. Doors 4 Pets were very willing to show us their operations to reduce our concerns before submitting the order and was very accommodating on pick-up.nnWe got the zbar attached. It was well worth it. Made it so much easier to install. You may need a metal saw or an angle grinder since we had to trim the zbar bottoms down a bit to fit the frame. But other than that, installation was not hard. There just were very very few directions provided.nnOverall, I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Absolutely love my custom door. Having an Akita (140 lbs) and a Pug (30 lbs) is not an easy match when trying to find a dog door that works for both sizes. We visited the showroom and found everyone very helpful to our specific needs. We ordered and paid to have them install the door, everything went smooth and 9 month later we don't know what we would do without it. No problems, great quality, great service.
