First of all, I was sent a promotional offer in mail, stated if I had direct deposit and if I kept a balance of $3K every month for 6 months Wells Fargo would give me $400.00. I had plans to take that money and add money to open up my first IRA account for myself as present to me.nHowever that didn't happen, because I didn't read the requirements that was included in the offer. The banking officer never pointed that out to me when it was open, so I missed out on a great opportunity to open up my first IRA account. I was so excited for this to take place,because building wealth is a major concern for me and because the Banking Officer never pointed that out I missed out!!!!I take partial blame,but I hold the BO responsible also,because she never reminded me of that major component in order for me to received my $400 bonus.nSecond off all, I deposited a payroll check through the ATM on this past Saturday thinking it would automatically post to my balance, but it didn't. I found out Wells Fargo holds a check for 5-7days to clear and it would post once the 5-7 days are up.nThird of all I was left money less for the entire weekend with out any money, they wouldn't allow me to obtain just a $100.00 because the check needs to clear first.nFourth of all, I'm so disappointed in Wells Fargo after this experience I will be closing my account and I will go back to my credit union.nnHello Wells Fargo, I want to say thank you for honoring your offer after all. I check my account 5 days later from my first post and I notice the promotional amount was depoisted . Now I plan to achieve my IRA goal with the promotional amount and the amount I plan to add and open up my first IRA. I'm so happy and excited, because this was one of my financial goals that I planned to accomplish.nThank you for making my financial dream come true. I unfortunately had some fraudulent activity detected on my Wells Fargo debit card so I stopped by this branch to clear things up. The teller and banker I talked to were very friendly and helpful. In about 10 minutes everything was locked down and straightened out, and a new temporary card issued. I did all this on a Friday morning, and my new permanent card was in my mailbox the following Monday. I couldn't have asked for a faster or easier resolution. I don't go to the bank very often anymore, but wouldn't hesitate to return here if needed.

Lazy, careless staff who don't listen to customer request correctly. They wasted a whole bunch of time moving me from a teller (Ana) to the Banker and then back to the teller. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 17years , not anymore. They weren't even apologetic for having criminally wasted my time when the issue could have been resolved in a matter of minutes, had the teller listened more carefully or double-checked what I needed. When I requested to talk to the Branch Manager, Natasha, the Banker who assisted me said this branch doesn't have a manager. Surprised and disappointed.

I was bit shaken up by Wells Fargo scam few years back. Bit hesitant while dealing with them. But my mortgage got transferred to them and started working with them. During last 2 years - at least around 20+ visits per year. Not even a single time - I felt that they are doing anything less than treating customers with respect, solving their problems and working for the interest of customers. May be Wells worked a lot towards lost reputation but for me this is one of the best brick and mortar bank branch among all big banks. Yes, nobody can beat my favorite ally bank. But if you are looking to have an account in big bank-then for Wells and this branch. I truly feel that some people in Wells few years back screwed up but some branches like this are working really well to get back that reputation.

The tellers were nice and I didn’t have any issues. Their drive through has two new ATMs and rarely any wait.
