Great staff! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! If you like to keep your hard earned money in your pocket and not have to be charged $100 in outrageous, ridiculous fees for absolutely NOTHING! Then please go to any other bank then First Convenience Bank! This is by far one of the worst banks!

Horrible customer service
Good people and great service.nHowever convenice bank is a title. The convenience is for them (the bank) not the customer. There is nothing convenient about parking in all kind of weather conditions to go inside to stand in line to make transactions. There is not ever a drive through for convenience and protection from bad weather. And no ATM'S outside of their locations.
