Update 2/10/2021nnWhile purchasing a new house the mobility loan showed up TWICE on our credit report, showing we owed twice the amount. Called Mobility, said they would get back to me the following week, never heard anything back. I called again a month later(today), told me they would get back to me. I’m not holding my breath. Changing from 2 stars to one starnnI would highly recommend anyone with a mobility credit union loan to check their credit report, chances are your loan shows up twice. This can dramatically affect your ability to get a loan and a favorable rate.nnOriginal reviewnnI have a 2nd home mortgage with mobility and am surprised at how bad their mobile and online banking is. In order to have auto payments, I had to set it up with my bank to print and mail a check to mobility every month. That should show you how much better other banks are. Also, there is no simple way to pay extra towards principle on a mortgage, and it is impossible to set this up automatically to do it every month. The silver lining is that I am determined to pay this mortgage off as quickly as possible so I no longer have to deal with mobility credit union.

Outstanding service and a caring team at Mobility. From the moment I spoke with Linda H., I knew I would be taken care of. Linda was very thorough, clear and diligent, making sure I got the best deal. If you don’t know Linda and the mobility team, or should change that!

I was recently able to get a personal loan and an auto re-finance loan done at the same time. I worked with Linda Howard/Justin Stuart and they were both awesome! They were very helpful, I saved quite a bit of money and it was all done in a very timely fashion. I've had a checking/savings accounts with Mobility CU for years as well, way better than any banks. I highly recommend them and this institution for all your financial needs!

We love this bank, the service, the people, & everything about it. We have tried many different products they offer & even some they created specifically for us. The bank is very personable, the manager, Vice President, even executive Vice President would be available if you needed them! Celeste is incredible she works extremely fast & in her busy life she still maintains the ability to set reminders for us. Her work is quick & organized we never have to call twice. It’s hard to try new banks especially where you deposit your money but I not only assure you but guarantee you if you open an account here you will move your entire families accounts here! We can’t say enough wonderful things about mobility.

Here a Mobility CU, I have never had a bad experience. The banking is flawless and hassle free with great staff and understanding clerks. When I applied for an auto loan it was one of the most seamless processes I ever experienced. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.
