It's good to have a relationship with the bank personnel verses calling their customer service number, if you have any concerns going in person is the best way to get your issue resolved. Good Job!

Ive never had an issue here until recently Mr. C forgot to link the new card he gave me to my account before dismissing me. Now I have mad money sitting there that i cannot access and my car is on a half a tank. Its not a big deal to me but seriously Mr. CG this was not expected of you, get it together no hard feelings. Five stars from me
