This store is nothing short of stellar! The staff, Charlie and Matthew especially, go above and beyond all expectations and have truly helped me get established in having aquariums as a hobby. They really know their stuff and are always eager and friendly! I have never had a bad experience here and always look forward to going back. Their selection is great and the store is always well kept. This is one of my favorite places!
I ran in this store on a fluke because I needed something really quickly for my dog and figured that they would have it. I was happily surprised at the quality and quantity of their supplies! Their prices seem much more reasonable than some other places in town and their associates were very helpful as well. It was easy to find what I needed and make my selection. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
Absolutely a wonderful spot. Always clean and a staff member is always around, friendly and helpful! I love the availability of items, specifically natural chews and treats. Prices are reasonable! Overall my favorite pet store in the BCS area.
I love shopping at Pet Supplies Plus! The staff is always incredibly friendly, their prices are competitive, and their live animals are super cute. They have several types of bulk food for rodents/rabbits, which is handy since I don't like to buy bags of food. They usually have cats available for adoption through Longway Home Adoptables! They also have an area where you can wash your dog! Love shopping at this store and even just window shopping when I'm bored!
I have all sorts of animals from rabbits to iguanas.nIf you have their free membership, you’ll get a few dollars off things when they’re on member special. My bird’s food gets like $4 off when I happen to go during these times. I’ve compared prices to different stores before (because I love a deal) and they’re usually the cheapest. Their selection can be more limited than other stores, though.nnThe employees are helpful. The guy who owns turtles is always willing to offer advice for your turtle needs.
