Sole Perfection Shoes

I have no knowledge on shoes or inserts and Haley was able to quickly and efficiently give me the knowledge I needed. I definitely reccomend going in and having Haley help with any purchases or questions.

I personally do not like giving negative reviews, especially to smaller businesses, but I feel compelled to in this case. I visited on a Saturday afternoon with my partner to return a pair of shoes that did not work for her. When we walked in there, what I assume was the manager, was working on checking out a customer. We got in line and the manager looked at us and then looked at the shoebox in my partner’s hand and continued on with his work, without saying a word to us. He spent the next 10 minutes finishing up with the customer and when he was done he proceeded towards the floor to sell shoes to a customer who had just walked in. Selling shoes to another customer is totally fine, but what I found rude was that he said nothing to us at all. I understand returns are bad for the bottom-line but that's the nature of the business - it should not affect how you interact with customers. If you are at the register and are leaving to do something else it is common courtesy to let the customer know that someone else will be assisting. The manager, of all people, should understand that. When it was our turn, we were greeted by a friendly associate who my partner had worked with before. He walked out from behind the counter and received the return, but as that happened, someone in line behind us was met by a young woman associate who began to check the other customer out, thereby cutting us in line. The young woman knew full well we were in line before us, so I cannot fathom why she would check someone out behind us. To make things more frustrating, the one register they had was slow to check out the customer, wasting more of our time. We finally got to the register and the return was processed. Overall, the general lack of decent customer service was really off-putting. I had never been to a Sole Perfection store prior to this and will not be visiting any locations in the future.
