Had a wonderful shoe fitting experience. Though COVID, their online appointment system was very easy to use and they even accommodated my early arrival at store. They were very polite and professional at the same time. The shoe fitting process were done with 3D scan of my both feet and gait analysis. Their recommendation on running shoes were also great.nNo hidden fee, no push whatsoever. If you are a runner you must visit here to get a perfect pair of running shoes just for you.
We always get the best service from Fleet Feet Capital Hill. The knowledge from the staff is so good. I also feel like they were dealing with the Corona Virus in the very best way possible. It felt like a safe shopping experience with the usual first class service. While the store was closed, I got the same wonderful service over the phone.
My boyfriend and I have both bought sneakers here. The staff are very knowledgeable, great about maintaining social distancing, and really nice. If you are looking for quality shoes that fit you well, definitely recommend this place! My boyfriend has weird feet and they were able to find sneakers that fit his needs. Since then his knee pain has been much better!
The Pine Street store is awesome. I dropped by in misery from poorly fitting shoes, no thanks at all to substandard help at several stores that did not even measure my feet. The poor fits had led to an ingrown toenail that got infected, resulting in two surgeries. Fleet Feet was rightly recommended by a Care Clinic nurse who told me of their fitting process. She told no lies. Emily measured my feet, explained what she found, and suggested several possibilities. I left happily with a pair of Brooks Beast shoes. When I got home and walked around in them so more, I began to have some doubts. And I expected grief when I called to speak to the manager, Dan.nnNo grief whatsoever. I went back yesterday to try on a half-dozen more styles in a wider size. I left with a pair of New Balance shoes, Dan happily ordering a pair of Brooks Addiction shoes for me to try on, no commitment.nnTwo thumbs way up for Fleet Feet and their tireless commitment to customer content.
Great customer service from Meagan! I came in looking for shoe recommendations based on my foot size/shape, and my gait, and Meagan was able to do all that for me, plus she adjusted the laces to reduce pressure, gave me tips about stretching, and told me so much more about how I run based on my shoe tread pattern!nnI was a little concerned about covid safety, because the couple who came in while my appointment was wrapping up seemed pretty committed to not reading any of the healthy and safety signage posted at the front of the store - maybe they could have been asked to wait outside until someone was able to assist them.
