I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I generally like this store and like to support small businesses but my recent experience with customer service (or lack thereof) has been awful.nnI ordered a ring from them a month ago, they mislabeled my shipping address, so the item could not be delivered. Should have been a simple fix. I contacted customer service at least 3 times and never heard back, radio silence. I attempted to recover the ring myself through the post office, which led nowhere. Ring is lost, I'm out $40 and they are not offering returns (even though I never received the ring to return it). I understand with COVID the response times can take up to a week but it's been 3 weeks with zero response. It's frustrating.
Such a beautiful shop with lots of lovely items from local artists, ethical clothing options, and some plus size options.
Very cute store! I always stop here for birthday and Christmas gifts. And most of the time grab something for myself too. Lots of items at very decent prices as well as lots of unique and beautiful clothing.
Great shops for unusual, beautiful gifts. Even better, anything they have online can be bought in store! Time it right, and you might hit one of their little parties with freebies like manicures, champagne, and/or ice cream.
