I have yet to see how the shoes will work out for me in the long run, but so far so good. If you have a serious pre-existing foot injury, I would NOT rely solely (sorry, all these puns are not intended) on any shoe store for medical advice. But in terms of shopping experience, I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received at Mephisto Shoes.

Have had these shoes for over 25 yrs, resoled once. Still the most comfy shoe I own. Not pretty & pricey but well worth it. Would definitely buy again.
