Boo...I go to your store and buy things in most cities I visit. Walked and found it. Although your website says you’re open at 10:00; no one was there and we waited until 10:20 with still no signs of someone opening the store. The door also stated 10:00am. The stores next to yours, Memphisto, Brooks Brothers and others were open and busy. Disappointed.
It is a small store whereas I was expecting something grand at the downtown Seattle. Also the salesmen should interrupt a little less instead of asking bunch of small questions continuously. They should also have a better collection of assesories.
Simply amazing service and a world class quality product. They will go beyond to help you. Cannot wait to shop again.
This is a very tiny store, so be careful if you're wanting to go home with a pair of shoes that day - they may not have your color in stock but will measure your foot and send them to your home. I did not walk into the store dressed to impress - but I was relieved to be treated with respect! Thank you for your great customer service, my only disappointment is not getting the names of the nice lady and gentleman.
Fantastic shoes. The customer service is amazing. I'd recommend waiting for the anniversary sale, since the 5th Ave shoes sell for $250.
