This is the only shoe store that I have ever recommended people to. The sales staff are all educated in podiatry issues and they spend time with you to discuss your foot problems to get you into shoes or arch supports that work!
This is not the first time I've been to this Fluevog store, and every time I've been there I've received excellent customer service. The person I was working with was very knowledgeable about the different styles of shoes. I came home with a pair of patent leather Tardys, a crepe-soled boot I've been drooling over ever since I first saw them at the Fluevog website. I put them on and they were so comfortable I wore them out of the store.
Roland was so incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He sized me perfectly for the specific fit of every shoe I tried....and I tried on about a dozen different pair. He let me know how each shoe will wear and how the fit will or will not stretch/adjust. Roland's customer service alone is a great reason to shop here but then there are the shoes. Creatively designed and well-made, these shoes look and feel fabulous! I can't wait to wear my first pair of Fluevogs!nThank you, Roland!
