HORRIBLE! I ordered the Luna Roots Builder. The only thing good about this company is that the sizing templates are accurate. For starters, I paid extra for 2 day shipping & waited a week to receive the shoes. The shoe itself was horribly uncomfortable because of the way the straps loop around the sole. I tried everything but after 30 minutes of wear the pain is unbearable where it digs into my arch. In addition, nomatter how I adjusted the strap tightness my foot would slide back so my heel was hanging off the shoe & there was a bunch of space left between my toes & the edge of the sole. The company's claim on their website about trying the shoes for 30 days risk free is a complete LIE! They deduct the original shipping fee AND the return shipping fee from your refund, so I ended up losing nearly $20 overall. I also had issues with the online return process not working and ended up having to make a phone call to sort it out. All in all this was a terrible experience but the worst part is the false claims on the site about trying the product at no risk.

It's tough for me to find sandals that I like, but these are great. Not only was Lauren very helpful in sizing and fitting them, she definitely went the extra mile for us. I like barefoot type shoes, and these sandals will definitely fit that. Not the most extensive selection, but a great variety for sure.

worst customer experience ever for eu customers. waited for my order for months. then the sandals weren't what I expected and I need to send them back. Total cost for customs fees and shipment are almost es expensive as the shoes! Very big financial loss for me!

Love my LUNAs! Bought my sandals a few years ago now, and they are consistently my go to shoe. They are inherently breathable, yet protective when moving around urban or rural environments. Not only is the product great, but the store and employees are phenomenal. My initial visit to get the sandals I spent a good amount of time chatting with them about fit and function. I literally walked out in a pair I was so excited. The heel tab tore about a year and a half into it. I kept wearing them because they were still functional, but when I finally went in to see what they'd recommend, they told me that was the old design and took them in the back to swap in the new ones (which have been amazing by the way, thank you!). Just wanted to post a positive rant on here because LUNAs are the best :)
