The Bank & Trust of Bryan/College Station

Never ever write reviews. I was with the bank & trust for over 5 years. Never once had a problem with them. I’ve had contact with this new bank that took over about five times each one being worse than the last. First they tell me they will be sending me a new debit card via mail. Never received it. Called and they tell me to wait till the 20th which is when they will cancel my old card. Well on the 17th I went grocery shopping tried to pay and the card had already been cancelled had to walk away not to mention how embarrassed I was. Called on Monday and they could not get in their system so they offered to call me back. Which they did two hours later to then apologize again that the system was working for them when they called me back but stopped working as soon as they called me.!?! Finally was able to update my phone number and get access to my online bank then was informed I could pick up my new card via drive thru. Went durning my lunch hour. Waited in the drive thru. To be told to come in the lobby. Still held my patience and went to the lobby to have them tell me it might be an hour wait!!!!!!! Then told me they would call me when they could help replace my card. They then requested my personal info in front of a lobby with other customers which I stupidly did. Trust me when I say I will me changing both my checking and savings from this bank as soon as this quarantine is done. And I advise you to do the same! Run from this bank!!!
