The employees are very nice, helpful & knowledgeable. Which is a definite plus when I'm looking for things for my dog. He's part of my family so i want to treat him right and give him things that are not only tasty but good for him. Mud Bay has it covered!
Awesome products, Excellent customer service! Every time we visit Mud Bay, the folks who work there are very knowledgable about their products. It is obvious how much they love animals as well as their work. We buy all of our pup's stuff there, food, treats, supplements, poop bags, you name it. Our pups love to visit too because they know they will get treats!
Excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. They have helped me greatly by finding the right food, treats, etc. for my animals over the years, both cats and dogs. I really appreciate them as neighborhood, local experts. They have a lot of of selection for all kinds of animals. I've never been disappointed.
