Mud Bay

I love this pet shop and love the owners! Great products, knowledgeable staff, and good customer service. I took my dog here for her first grooming, and this pet shop did a great job. I like the place it was so spacious and clean as well. The staves were so friendly and accommodating as well.

I am new to the area and have a (very) senior dog and 2 cats and whether it is the Seattle 1st street location or the Silverdale location, going into a Mud Bat is always a stress-free experience. There are always new treats to find for my finicky dog with tummy issues that are gentle, natural and good for her overall health. There are also tons of soft treats for my almost toothless cat. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

These guys are great! Best variety of pet food and products and reasonable pricing. They will even return/credit you if a food or treat doesnt work well for your pup! They have some veterinary care here which I havent taken advantage of yet but should! A little tricky to get to as far as being on Market Street but luckily they do have a small parking lot!

I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves one. Super friendly people 100% of the time. In an age of e-commerce and confusion product reviews, it's so nice to have a brick/mortar experience and get advice from real experts. Alexis helped me today and she was so kind and knowledgeable (even helped me put my puppys new collar on). Great work deserves to be recognized!

Fast, excellent service, and super affordable shop. Mud Bay is the best!!! Highly recommended!
