Always kinda preferred Advance over autozone. They seem to have what I need most times for most of my Personal cars and work truck fleet. Their batteries are also really good
Parts are junk I have had multiple parts from there that fails in no time. Instead of refunding the money they just want to exchange for another sorry part. Not to mention customer service sucks. Employees don't know what they are doing can't even get what customers ask for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else that sells automotive parts. I wish I could have given them no stars I will definitely not be going back to this store.
The general manager Christina I think is her name. Anyhow I had purchased Bosch windshield wipers for my wife vehicle. The total was $60 just about. Well my wife was driving to work one morning and the driver side windshield wiper decided it wanted to fly. LOL long long story short went back to Advance Auto the same store from which I purchase the windshield wiper blades from and Christina along with her Associates went above and beyond the Call of Duty to right a wrong.
Over priced parts. Customer service lacking
Store clean and well stocked but staff knew nothing remotely automotive
