I went and got a new phone and a guy named Kelby helped me out. He didn’t pressure me into buying the most expensive phone and made sure that I picked the best one in my thoughts. Great attitude!
Kelby Turner was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and concerns. And helped me get the phone & protective phone case I needed for my iPhone! Highly recommend!
Very nice people. Love the way they had the phones taken off the shelves so no one could touch him to help with the covid-19 from spreading. That was a very smart call on a manager's part. I plan on switching from cricket to Verizon just as soon as I can Verizon has always been very good to me.
Worst customer service as of yet. Uneducated employees unable to solve simple tech problems.nBut like everywhere else, customer service is a thing of the past, with this punk filled generation
