We came across Discounted Appliance Warehouse, when we moved here to South Carolina, about 7 years ago...Our refrigerator died on a Saturday morning. In addition to our food getting warm, we had just listed our home on the market, including all the appliances. I wasn't planning on spending a great deal of money, since we would be leaving it behind. I went online to look for a replacement at places like Lowes and Home Depot, but neither could deliver before Tuesday. I also entertained the idea of possibly buying something used, just for the short time we needed it. I ended up driving to Discounted Appliance Warehouse, just to see what they might have? Best trip I could have made. I explained my dilemma about not wanting to spend a lot of money, but that we needed something for the next month or so. I got a GREAT deal on a new refrigerator and they delivered it later that afternoon. Since then, I've been by to see Jeff and his staff, 3 more times. I will be a customer for life and continue to recommend Discounted Appliance Warehouse to all of my friends. We always get a great service and a great deal! Thanks Again!!!
We stopped in after a shopping at Lowes, Home Depot, and Best Buy for a dryer. Wish this had been our 1st stop. The owner and other staff were great! Very knowledgeable about appliances and customer focused. It was a seamless, quick process & everyone was so nice! Just finished our 1st load in the new Whirlpool dryer & we love it! We will be returning to look for other appliances!
Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have great prices and a huge selection of appliances. I had a horrible experience at Home Depot which brought me here and Jeff made sure he took the time be sure I made the right selection for my needs. I would highly recommend doing business with Discounted Appliance!
After hearing that we needed to replace our washing machine and dishwasher, we were referred to Discounted Appliance Warehouse and we are so thankful that we went. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were able to purchase the same day and the appliances were delivered and installed within a week. Highly recommend!! This will be the only place we shop for new appliances.
After calling 8 other stores all over SC and NC, this store had the appliance I was looking for. They have a great many in stock you can take home the same day, which seems unheard of right now. The customer service was excellent, they were helpful and respectful. I’m pleased to know I’ve found the place where I’ll be buying all of my appliances from in the future.
