The Wilderness Way Girls Camp thrift store in Seneca is fantastic, so I couldn't wait to visit the Pickens location since I just moved here from out of state. Sadly, my first visit will be my last. The store is cluttered and feels dirty. I rummaged through DVDs and CDs of which I purchased a few because I genuinely like to support these types of organizations. However, I am pretty sure I overheard the women working there accusing me of stealing, so I got up and paid for the things I already put in my basket after taking a moment to decide if I wanted to just walk out without buying anything. YES MA'AM! God DOES see all! Today, he saw me pay for the items in my basket, promptly load them into the BMW that I also purchased with my hard earned money and then drive home and write the next chapter in my SECOND Christian book that will be published later this year. My pride wouldn't allow me to stick around to look for other Christian authors in your book section and I will be making all of my donations elsewhere. There is a cleaner, friendlier thrift store up the road.
So love this store and has such reasonable pricing. And the color coordination makes it easy to find what you need. Staff is most friendly. It's my retail therapy helps me forget daily stress for a few and I usually leave happier
