Missed a couple things from my mobile order, then they had a great deal of difficulty trying to fix it. I was asked to repeat their mistake to them 4 times. Things happen, but it shouldn't upset you to make it better.

In the time of Covid-19, patience is your greatest virtue. The lobby is closed, and that's fine. The drive through line was a bit longer than normal, but the food was totally worth the wait. Wendy's Dave's double is my hubby's favorite fast food meal and it was his birthday. The food was fresh, not squished, and the order was completely correct. Thank you, Wendy's! You made the birthday very special. I'm very glad we waited in line. We are also excited to try Wendy's breakfast, but haven't had the opportunity yet. Hang in there, everyone, and please be patient and kind to all these workers. We wish health and happiness to you and all your staff. what a joke.. if it would let me post a picture of what they gave my friend I so would. I haven’t ate fast food since high school, luckily I got a salad, he got a son a a baconator or whatever and it literally came with ZERO BACON.. he’s upset about it, as he should. this is the #1 main reason we do not support chains, ma and pop only from now on idc how hungry I am

I love this Wendy's. The staff are always SO NICE despite how busy this location gets, and it gets VERY busy! They do a great job and are always working hard as a team to keep the line moving. Favorite drive-thru in Pickens!

Their drive thru is open. You can not go in and order. Under the circumstances the staff was great and very polite.
