Excellent food, glad the twisted. Ribs are back!!
Food was great at this visit. Only thing I believe they must have changed the blooming onion to smaller portions. Wait time was reasonable and waitress was very good and efficient
I ordered a medium steak, it came out well done. My shrimp on the barbie came out on a hard piece of bread and was uninviting to the eyes. The wings and the blooming onion was perfect. I feel the management may be short of staff, but when you are working in customer service, there needs to constant training and GUIDANCE going on to ensure customers' satisfaction. OUTBACK NEEDS TO MAKE A COMEBACK!!! Return? Of course!
My steak was not cooked correctly and we called and spoke to Megan and she was amazing! She not only took care of us but she gave us our next meal completely free! She showed amazing customer service and was nothing but respectful towards us! She was great!
I rarely leave reviews unless things were great. However, this is the last time I eat from this location. Worst meal I ever had from Outback. NEVER order take out from this location. You won't know how bad it is until you get home and then it's too late. Steak was completely undercooked, baked potato was hard as rock except for the two bites in the middle. Biggest waste of $40 since last time I tried this location. I love Outback, but there's no chance in he'll I try the Easley location again. You've been warned.
