It's a 'private' dive bar next to a gas station on the edge of a North Carolina back road. If you want to drink, eat free pretzel sticks, play some e-golf and other games and watch sports and listen to an always packed juke box loudly then this place is for ya! No food and people get really drunk here but every one is very nice, never noticed a fight, bathrooms are a bit used and could use a cleaning and update. Overall a good watering hole with couches (not sure if I'd sit on them), boothes or high tops and pool tables with a covered smoking shack out back and decent selection of premiums and wells. Bartenders are great! I like the place...

It's not the Sammy's it used to be. Style is the same, the music... No where near the same.
