3★nWe say the only reason they get three stars is because of the service and the staff.. These people were kind, courteous, hard-working decent people and a good team ...nWe were traveling and just happened to pass by and stop for food..nbut the food...nnah not so good...nWe've tried White Castle we've tried cozy inn and now we've tried Crystal... Our opinion is the best part of Crystal Burger was their chicken sandwich...nThe place is great the staff is wonderful it's just your burgers are not very good...nI mean what does that say when chicken was the best part of a burger establishment.. In conclusion, the tots were good took a picture of my receipt for everybody to see as we gave it it's okay need to do something better with your burgers folks...
Seems like they take 1 order at a time and make their food before they take the next order, food was good, staff just stands around or stands right out front smoking.
We love Krystal! None near where we live so we actually drove a little over an hour to get here. So worth the trip. Workers were smiling and friendly and food was perfect!
Very pleasant business, friendly staff that makes sure that your order is complete. Cook to order so you will probably have to wait a few minutes, but customers waiting were polite and the conversations made the wait go by quickly..plus the FOOD IS VERY GOOD ud83dudc4dud83dude0a.
Service was good. burger and hot dog were ok . tater tots were great.
