Food was excellent! Didn't have to wait long for food, was hot and portions were good. Now...the service was lacking! Our waiter had 4 tables and couldn't keep up, tea refills never happened, waited on ticket forever and he never came back to get money. Finally had to go to bar to pay.
We there for 45 mins, and during that time, we ordered the 2/$29 deal which included an appetizer and 2 meals. Or appetizer was late coming out, not cold nor was it hot. But he didn't bring my ranch. Then when I was finally able to get that they were cold. Then we refills and still no food. He had them bring us out another appetizer, and we ate 3total, but wanted our food. Finally got that and the order not right and it was cold dried up looking broccoli. 2 bites of steak was all i could manage before asking for the manager. Who was barely helpful. But after asking, she only charged us for the tea and appetizer. It was around 9 on a Monday night, and not overly busy. Very disappointed.
We stopped in this afternoon. The waitress was very nice. Both of my children ordered pizza from the children’s menu. They came out black. I couldn’t believe that she laid them on our table. If she would have told us they overcooked the pizza and had to cook new ones I would have been okay with that. They didn’t eat their food. We paid and left. I took pictures
Second time I've been to this location. Today was enjoyable the bartender was friendly and waited on us. She has great customer service skills. Wasnt too crowed at lunch time.
Crowded and it seemed that there was mass confusion when we came in and as we exited the hostess would not even move or get out of some of the people's way who was trying to exit because of her attitude.. the manager definitely at the time I was there was so focused on catering to the people. Great job Stevie!
