Great experience! Was in and out within 3 minutes needing to ship a package. The prices are very competitive being lower than most options and getting there faster.
Got to the store before it closed today, Saturday. They apparently close at 2:30 pm which you have no idea because there is no store hours on the door. How hard is it to have store hours outside I mean come on.nnThese two girls here closed the store before 2:30pm. Not a happy shipper.
I use this store frequently, and have always received exceptional service. I actually think of them as my own little home office. I do wish they were located in a different strip mall because the traffic and parking situation...it is a nightmare! Fortunately, I have learned over the years that it is best to go before 10 am or after 3 pm (to avoid the lunch crowd at the restaurant located in this strip mall). This UPS store is well deserving of a 5 star rating!
I was in and out. Had my own label to an xbox I had to send back. The took care if putting it in a more secure box and getting the label on and everything. Definitely going to be my go to for shipping needs.
This ups store is one of the best around! If you need something printed ask for Joe or Carolyn. If you need something shipped and guaranteed for next day? Ask for Preston. Or if you just want to come in and ask what its all about? Ask for anyone! Everyone here has a smile on their face and will do so even when you leave. God bless this store. Aaron out.
