O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

We had dinner here tonight. I had the 12 oz sirloin steak. It was very good. I usually eat New York strip and I actually liked the sirloin better than most. The meat was tender and very flavorful. The service was great. We will be back.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The waitress was careless. Not once did she fill our drinks. I ordered chicken tenders for my children and some was over cooked and then the others was like rubber. My husbands fries had a curly hair in them also. None of us ate. I asked to speak to the manager three times and not once did the manager come over in 45 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was our first and last time !!!!

Ordered Food for pickup Curbside. Waited time stated. No food. Had to go in, pick up. Looked to make sure order appeared correct. Which bill and bad matched. Love 35 minutes away. 3 sides were missing from just 2 orders! Only dips and the main dish was in boxes. Didn't call because what would be the point? 35 minute drive for my sides? Which one I paid extra!

Went for a nice mid day meal, my daughter ordered a medium well steak and I ordered a medium rare steak. Our steaks came out and hers was over well and mine was medium well. Her steak look like cube steak and tasted like liver. We asked the sweet waiter Silas to please let us talk with the manager. Dustin the manager on duty came to our table and could have cared less that we had an issue. When we explained to him that neither one of us ordered a well done steak and the steak look like chop steak and was supposed to be a sirloin he proceeded to say that he thought we must have gotten our plates mixed up. Common sense says that if no one at the table ordered a well done steak then how did we mix up our plates. I had already started eating the sweet potatoes on my plate as he proceeded to take my plate away not even asking. Absolutely hands down the worst manager I have ever dealt with and based on the taste of the food and the management I would not ever recommend going to this O'Charley's. Let me add that Silas, who was our waiter was wonderful. He tried every way he could to help us and make sure we were taken care of. We actually double tipped him just because of him trying to go to an extra length to make sure we were satisfied. Dustin does not need to be the manager at this O'Charley's which is why their reviews are probably very low already before this one.

Great service and food, the only complaint would be the amount of time (45 mins) it took to get our food. They weren't busy and it normally doesn't take that long.
